Breu Blanco (white breu Resin)

from $3.00

From the sun-drenched Amazon, where the air hums with the songs of unseen creatures and the river whispers ancient secrets, comes Breu Blanco, a resin of ethereal beauty. Imagine a forest bathed in the golden light of dawn, where the trees drip with a milky sap, as luminous as moonlight on water. This is the source of Breu Blanco, a resin as pure and radiant as the heart of the rainforest itself. Its fragrance is a captivating paradox: at once earthy and sweet, like warm soil kissed by the sun, yet with a subtle, almost floral lightness that dances on the breeze. Imagine the scent of ripe mangoes mingling with the delicate perfume of orchids, a whisper of spice adding a touch of intrigue. It is a fragrance that evokes a sense of tranquillity, of lush, untamed beauty. Historically, Breu Blanco has held a sacred place in the traditions of indigenous Amazonian cultures. Used in spiritual ceremonies and healing rituals, it was believed to possess potent magical properties, capable of cleansing the spirit and connecting one to the vibrant energy of the rainforest. Its milky white tears, like solidified moonlight, were carefully collected and used to create incense, medicines, and sacred adornments. Burning Breu Blanco was thought to purify the air, driving away negativity and inviting positive energy. Today, Breu Blanco continues to captivate, its ethereal fragrance a reminder of the rainforest's timeless magic, a whisper from a world both ancient and profoundly alive. It's a scent that transports you to a realm of lush green canopies, where sunlight filters through leaves and the air is alive with the vibrant energy of the Amazon.

Scent Profile:

Top- Powder

Middle- Smoke and Orchids

Base- Earth and damp soil

Notes: fruit and white tea

Warmer instructions:

place a SMALL clump/spoonful (approx 0.5 grams) on the warmer, allow it to melt for 5 minutes, when the mixture has slightly melted and darkened in colour, use the wooden stick provided to stir the mixture, pinching any remaining resin, and sprinkling it back into the warmer. Stir once every 10-15 minutes for even fragrance distribution. Resins can burn and release scent for up to and in excess of 4-6 hours. When mixture is black/VERY dark and no longer acts like a sticky oil, and acts more like a dry stone, the mixture has come to the end of its life and can simply be collected and sprinkled into garden beds or flushed down the toilet.

Coal/traditional burning instructions :

Very carefully follow coal instructions and wait until the coal is completely ignited and has a thin, white coating of soot. ENSURE ADEQUATE VENTILATION, Take a VERY small amount of the mixture: approx 0.15G (for indoor use) and place onto coal using tweezers or a small, metal spoon. When mixture stops smoking and creates a black char on the coal, it has come to the end of its life and you may either repeat the above steps until coal is no longer ignited or simply wait for the coal to burn out.
