Omani Souq Resin incense blend 5g
Embark on an olfactory expedition through the vibrant heart of Oman's bustling souqs with our exquisite incense. A symphony of ancient resins, this blend evokes the warmth of the sun-drenched sands and the exotic spices that fill the air.
At its heart lie the treasured resins of Oman itself: black, white, and yellow frankincense, each contributing its unique facet to the aromatic tapestry. The black frankincense lends a deep, earthy base, a grounding note reminiscent of ancient stones warmed by the desert sun. The white frankincense offers a delicate sweetness, a whisper of honeyed blossoms, while the yellow frankincense adds a touch of citrusy brightness, a ray of sunshine in the aromatic blend.
Adding depth and intrigue is the inclusion of Yemeni myrrh, its warm, balsamic notes adding a layer of complexity and mystery. The resin's earthy sweetness intermingles beautifully with the frankincense, creating a harmonious blend that evokes the ancient trade routes that once crisscrossed the Arabian Peninsula.
From across the ocean, Mexican copal resin contributes a subtly sweet, almost fruity note, adding a touch of unexpected vibrancy. The resin's resinous sweetness beautifully complements the frankincense and myrrh, while adding a unique dimension to the overall fragrance.
Finally, a delicate whisper of Moroccan rose oil weaves its way through the blend, adding a touch of floral elegance. The rose's soft sweetness complements the other ingredients, adding a subtle touch of romance and sophistication.

Ingredients: Black hojari frankincense, brown hojari frankincense, yellow hojari frankincense, Yemeni myrrh, Mexican white copal, Moroccan rose resin
Warmer instructions:
place a SMALL clump/spoonful (approx 0.5 grams) on the warmer, allow it to melt for 5 minutes, when the mixture has slightly melted and darkened in colour, use the wooden stick provided to stir the mixture, pinching any remaining resin, and sprinkling it back into the warmer. Stir once every 10-15 minutes for even fragrance distribution. Resins can burn and release scent for up to and in excess of 4-6 hours. When mixture is black/VERY dark and no longer acts like a sticky oil, and acts more like a dry stone, the mixture has come to the end of its life and can simply be collected and sprinkled into garden beds or flushed down the toilet.
Coal/traditional burning instructions :
Very carefully follow coal instructions and wait until the coal is completely ignited and has a thin, white coating of soot. ENSURE ADEQUATE VENTILATION, Take a VERY small amount of the mixture: approx 0.15G (for indoor use) and place onto coal using tweezers or a small, metal spoon. When mixture stops smoking and creates a black char on the coal, it has come to the end of its life and you may either repeat the above steps until coal is no longer ignited or simply wait for the coal to burn out.
